High Pressure Casting

The Aluminium pressure diecasting machines range from 100 tonnes through to 800 tonnes and can produce Aluminium alloy castings weighing anything from 50 grams to 10 kilograms.

Pressure diecast Zinc alloy components can weigh from 50 grams to 8 kilograms and can be produced using 15 tonne to 400 tonne dedicated Zinc production facilities.

Products can be created using a variety of alloys, depending on the specific property requirements. These include LM 2, 5, 6 and 24 for Aluminium castings and ZA 3 and 5 for Zinc castings.
